Morning rituals and confluence bathing
Rise before dawn for a ritual dip at the confluence of the Koka and Koshi rivers, believed to cleanse sins accumulated over lifetimes. Participate in morning puja at the main Varah temple. Visit the 1,500-year-old sculptures in the complex. Walk along the mighty Koshi, watching the confluence waters merge in a powerful metaphor of unity.
