Is Flycircle VIP free?
Enrolment is free through 31 December 2026, Melbourne time. No membership payment is collected during this offer. Any membership options after this date will be confirmed before you agree to them.
How does part payment work?
After enrolment, share your flight plans. Our team confirms whether your fare supports a deposit, how much is payable upfront, and when the balance must be paid. You receive the agreed schedule before making a payment.
Can every flight be paid in parts?
Availability depends on the airline, fare rules and time before departure. Some flights need full payment at booking. VIP enrolment does not guarantee a payment plan or hold an airline seat.
When will my ticket be issued?
Ticketing follows the airline's deadlines and the payment terms agreed for your booking. Your quote will say when the ticket can be issued and when the remaining balance is due.
Can I enrol before I have a trip in mind?
Yes. Your route and travel date are optional. Enrol now and contact our team when you are ready to plan a flight.
What if my plans change?
Date changes, cancellations, refunds and any fees depend on your airline and fare. Contact Flight Circle before changing your agreed payment schedule.
Enrolment terms
- Free enrolment is available to adults aged 18+ through 31 December 2026, Melbourne time. No membership fee is collected during the promotion.
- Part-payment arrangements apply only to eligible flight bookings and are confirmed by Flight Circle for each fare. Deposits, balance dates, fees and ticketing deadlines are set out in your quote.
- Membership does not guarantee credit, a held seat, an issued ticket, or approval for a payment arrangement. Full payment may be required by the airline.
- Airline fare rules govern changes, cancellations and refunds. Tell our team promptly if you cannot meet an agreed payment date.
- Your enrolment details and preferences are stored by Flight Circle to manage your membership and respond to travel enquiries. Marketing updates are optional; contact our team to update or remove your details.
