Day-by-day itinerary

1. D1

   Day 1: Arrival at the Wheel of Dhamma

   Check into a serene guesthouse near the Deer Park, receive an orientation on the historical significance of Sarnath, and join a sunset meditation at Dhamekh Stupa.

2. D2

   Day 2: First Sermon & Core Teachings

   Study the Dhammacakkappavattana Sutta with a resident scholar, visit the Mulagandha Kuti Vihar, and practice Vipassana meditation in the sacred grove.

3. D3

   Day 3: Archaeology & Museum

   Explore the Sarnath Archaeological Museum's collection of ancient Buddha images, visit the Ashoka Pillar, and attend an evening Pali chanting ceremony.

4. D4

   Day 4: Monastic Immersion

   Spend the day at Dhamma Cakka meditation center practicing silent Vipassana, followed by a Dharma talk on dependent origination and the nature of suffering.

   Day 5: Departure & Circumambulation

   Morning circumambulation of Dhamekh Stupa, final group meditation, and departure after a shared vegetarian brunch.
