1. D1

   Day 1: Guhyeshwari & Pashupatinath Sacred Complex

   Morning visit to Guhyeshwari Shaktipeeth on the banks of the Bagmati River. Learn about the Kali Tantra, Chandi Tantra, and Shiva Tantra Rahasya texts that cite this temple, and observe the unique architecture where the goddess is represented by a sacred water vessel over a natural spring rather than an anthropomorphic idol. Afternoon walk to nearby Pashupatinath to understand the Shakti-Shiva synthesis. Evening aarati on the Bagmati ghats.

2. D2

   Day 2: Dakshinkali & Pharping Tantric Circuit

   Drive to Dakshinkali Temple (22 km south of Kathmandu) to witness Tuesday or Saturday rituals dedicated to the six-armed black Kali standing over Shiva. Learn about animal sacrifice as symbolic ego-offering in tantric cosmology. Continue to Pharping to visit the Vajrayogini temple and Asura Cave, where Guru Padmasambhava is said to have attained realization—linking Hindu Shakta and Buddhist Vajrayana pilgrimage routes.
